The new concept of luxury property in Italy

The eternal luxury from Italy with concept of innovation and inspiration

Properties in Italy: Afford to Live in Italy

Many tourists are under the impression that Italy is expensive and therefore the prospect of living in Italy seems unrealistic. Obviously, how much it costs to live in Italy is largely dependent on your own lifestyle and where you choose to settle.

Cost of living in Italy is 15.85% lower than in United Kingdom (aggregate data for all cities, rent is not taken into account). Rent in Italy is 41.41% lower than in United Kingdom (average data for all cities).

It’s impossible to give any kind of average square foot price for real estate in Italy, though as a rule of thumb, you’ll pay far less for homes in provincial towns than in major cities. Sometimes a lot less.

Sales in Italy's cities are rising.  Residential property sales soared by about 23% in Florence and by 19% in Bologna y-o-y to Q3 2014. In Rome, residential property sales were also up by 11.8% over the same period. In Q3 2014, there was also an increase in activity in other major cities, such as in Genoa (10.4%), Palermo (8.9%), and Naples (7.3%), according to ANSA. The economic outlook for Italy is better in 2015, with growth expected to be around 0.9%.

Properties in Italy: Lake Garda, a wonderful place

Lake Garda is the largest in Italy. The luminous environment, temperate climate, and flourishing vegetation along with the majestic landscapes are the background to the remarkable historical and cultural remains spread all around and make this lake the most charming in Italy. Given the intense colour of its water with a marked shade of blue and matchless transparency, Lake Garda is a unique spot.

I would like to mention a new concept in luxury apartments in Lake Garda. The hills above Padenghe sul Garda is a splendid park with an all-round view of Lake Garda, it is the setting for ''The Complex Lake, Luxury Life''. Much more than a residential complex, the avant-garde concept behind its creation is a private property where every day owners and guests can find the comforts of a luxury hotel.

Exclusive and elegant surroundings, added to which the attractions of the local area, make it the ideal choice for a permanent home as well as a destination for extremely pleasurable holidays. Exclusive outdoor facilities include an exotic overflow swimming pool, golf links and tennis courts; a splendid park and children’s play areas; a fitness trail and dedicated space for pets as well as a barbecue area.

All in the name of excellence, with background music  and play of light, creating a sense of relaxation and prestige in all its corners.

The exotic overflow pool of about 800 m2 with beach effect, pitch and Putt course for four golfers, designed by JACK NICKLAUS (the greatest professional golfer of all time), red sand tennis court, the BBQ areas, the children’s play area, with slides and swings, last-generation tailor-made domotics in every unit. Alarm system - Touch screen - Remote control from smartphone or tablet. An exclusive multilingual app, unique in its kind offering many opportunities with the greatest of ease Booking the tennis court or golf course - Booking BBQ areas - Booking a massage and other beauty treatment at home - Planning of domestic cleaning - Registration of car number plates for access without remote control - Reservations for breakfast, aperitifs, lunch or dinner - Possibility of chef and/or waiter service directly at home: a tasteful life.

Properties in Italy: Prices

The price of the apartments is from 800,000€ to 3,500,000€. However, this is concept, so you can invest in a place where you can gather inspiration, allow your imagination to run wild and stimulate, transform and revitalise your senses.
Lake of Garda is a truly fabulous setting for anyone who wishes to reside in a wonderful and idyllic place and enjoy the fabulous Italian cuisine and lifestyle. I love “la bella Italia”.
